Theese reports are prepared in accordance with the requirements of industry standards of Ukraine in the fixed and mobile communications, in accordance with the Regulations on the quality of telecommunications services, approved by the NCRC from 15.04.2010 № 174, and the decision of NCRC from 16.12.2010 № 574 "On approval of lists of basic indicators of the quality of telecommunications service levels are subject to mandatory disclosure in 2012"
