MTS invites students of last-year of higher educational establishments of Ukraine to take part in Probation program. A program purpose is a preparation of valuable specialists from the amount of the best graduates of higher educational establishments without experience, a development of their professional knowledge and habits, leader qualities and getting experience in the field of business for further employment in our Company.
 
We select the most active and talented, full of energy, ideas and enthusiasm graduates for participating in Probation program.
 
We offer probation in following Company subdivisions:

  • Technical direction.
  • Marketing.
  • Sales and subscriber service.

 
Probation duration - 1 year.
 
During this period you will be able to study practically and to develop both professional and personal qualities in one of the subdivisions chosen by you. Also, you will be to have an attempt to be in a position of «front-line», taking part in a special program of rotation, which includes work in Subscriber Maintenance Centres and MTS shops.
 
You will realize tasks in the conditions of the real business, will take part in Company new projects,  will have an opportunity to communicate and exchanged experience with specialists of our business, will get a deserving salary during all probation period, and the main –  work satisfaction!
 
At the end of Probation program you will render an account to Company governing bodies about the successes and, as an estimation of successful probation completion, you will get proposals of permanency and a position of a level of Specialist.
 
Probation program beginning - June-July, 2008.
 
A competitive selection is held from November 2007 to the end of May, 2008 and consists of a few stages:
 
    • Preselection of appliqué forms, questionnaires and CVs.

 

Application form

Attention! Registration of candidates takes place only on condition of the complete filling of all form points.
    • Interview with a HR-department representative.
    • Level of competence and analytical thought testing.
    • Interview with a subdivision manager.
 
Requirements to the applicants on participating in a Probation program:
    • Last-year student or graduates of 2007.
    • Possibility to work complete working day.
    • Leader qualities and ambitiousness.
    • Computer and English possession.
    • Analytical skills.
