• According to MTS social policy, we are interested in realization of the projects directed on formation of equal conditions and possibilities for inhabitants of remote regions and the large centres
• We consider that modern innovative technologies render the essential contribution to improvement of life quality and promote realization of person potential, therefore for us charitable projects are priority, within the framework of which our technologies, products and services promote the decision of the given problem
  
  
• From the viewpoint of the sharpest social problems at present, we consider the charitable projects are actual among society directed on improvement of health, and also the projects promoting harmonious development of rising generation. The active social position of business in the decision of these problems promotes formation of the harmonious and successful society of the future
  
  
• We are opened to cooperation with federal and regional authorities, the noncommercial organizations, representatives of business community within the limits of realization of the joint charitable programs corresponding to social policy and the policy of charity of MTS, under the terms of equal partnership and under condition of observation applicable to the company of legislative and other restrictions
