Our basic requirements to the candidates depend first of all on a vacancy which you examine.

The basic requirement for most vacancies is a specialized higher education. Not less important criterion is a presence of experience in a proper direction.

It is also important for us, that our competitors were initiative and self-confident, possessed such qualities, as orientation to the result, quality of executable work, showed an anxiety about a client and able to work in a command.

English proficiency, presence of driving license of category B, knowledge of MS Office are either necessary or desirable for most vacancies.
