IVAN ZOLOCHEVSKIY, GENERAL DIRECTOR

Ivan Zolochevskiy joined MTS in January 2005 when he took the post of a director of MTS branch in Tula. In June 2005 he was appointed as director of OJSC MTS branch “Macroregion Northwest” with the scope of his responsibilities covering operation management of MTS mobile and fixed-line business in all regions of the Northwestern Federal District: the Republic of Karelia, the Republic of Komi, Arkhangelskaya Oblast, Vologodskaya Oblast, Kaliningradskaya Oblast, Leningradskaya Oblast, Murmanskaya Oblast, Novgorodskaya Oblast, Pskovskaya Oblast, St. Petersburg, and Nenetskiy Autonomous District.

Prior to joining MTS, from 2001 till 2005, Mr. Zolochevskiy worked as sales director of the company VSS based in St. Petersburg. During the years 1998 - 2001 he was a manager of the corporate and market sales division of the St. Petersburg company “Nienshants”. Before 1998 Mr. Zolochevskiy worked in the group of companies “Tranzas” as a head of the sales and marketing department. Ivan Zolochevskiy was born in 1972 in Vyborg.

In 1993 he graduated from the physics department of the St. Petersburg Pedagogical Institute named after A.I. Gertsen and in 2001 – from the Open University of Great Britain with a degree in management. Mr. Zolochevskiy also completed a training course within the Presidential Training Program in the Engineering and Economics Academy and obtained the degree in management and marketing.

Ivan Zolochevskiy is married and has three children.

VLADIMIR PUTINTSEV, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Vladimir Putintsev has two higher educations. In 1983 he graduated from the Radio-Engineering Department of the Ural Polytechnic Institute named after S. M. Kirov with a degree in radio engineering. In 1988 he continued his higher education and got a degree in politics after graduating from the Marxizm-Leninizm University of the Sverdlovsk City Committee of the Soviet Union Communist Party.

From 1992 till 1995 he held the position of an engineer in the production laboratory of the Yekaterinburg City Telephone Network. In 1995 Mr. Putintsev continued his career as a head of the telecommunication systems department. During the years 1998 - 2002 he worked as a technical director of OJSC “Uraltelecom”. In 2002 Mr. Putintsev continued as assistant to the technical development director of the mobile communication operator “Yekaterinburg-2000” LLC. In 2003 he became a deputy technical director of the Ural Branch for Technical Operation Management of OJSC “Rostelecom”. Vladimir joined OJSC “Mobile TeleSystems” in 2004 as a technical director for the Ural macroregion. Under his management the MTS network became the best one in the region in terms of quality as compared with other mobile communication operators. In June 2011 Vladimir Putintsev was appointed as a technical director of “MTS Ukraine”. Vladimir is married and has two children.

Valentine Mihajlovsky, Director for Administrative Issues

Valentine Mihajlovsky, born in 1952, has higher educations in law and economy. He began his career as head of the security service and was later head of the personnel department of SHCB “Ukraina”. In 1999, he worked as UMC’s chief expert for safety issues; in 1999 – 2001, he served as personnel and safety director of Kyiv Polygraph Factory “Zorja”. In 2002 he became UMC deputy director for personnel, and in 2004 was appointed UMC’s director for administrative issues. Mihajlovsky is married and has two daughters. His hobbies are fishing, mountain skiing and football.

Oleh Prozhivalskiy, Corporate Management and Control Chief

Oleh Petrovych Prozhivalskiy was born in 1949. He graduated from Lviv telecommunications college, Odessa A.S.Popov electrotechnical institute of telecommunications, Academy of national economy affiliated with the USSR council of ministers.

Before joining MTS Prozhivalskiy held the post of deputy transport and communications Minister, and worked as Head of the State telecommunications and informatisation department (Derzhcomzvyazku). During 1992-1995 Prozhivalskiy was Communications Minister of Ukraine. He has also worked as a consultant with RTT Telecom Netherlands. Among his other previously held positions are first deputy Director General of Ukrainian telecommunications corporation Ukrtelecom, deputy CEO of JSC Ukrtelecom, deputy Head of the State communications and informatisation committee of Ukraine, MTS-Ukraine corporate management and control chief, President of Ukrainian Association of communications providers Telas. Prozhivalskiy also holds the title of Honorable Communications Worker of Ukraine, Honoured worker in the field of services of Ukraine.

Anatoliy Klimashevskyy, Chief Information Officer

Anatoly Klimashevsky graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics, Kiev National Shevchenko University. Professional career began in 1998 as an engineer, a software developer in the company Apple. Since 2001 he has been with “MTS Ukraine” (then the UMC). Anatoly has passed all stages of career ladder in the company – from engineer to chief of department of information systems development. In 2010 he was appointed Director of Information Technology “MTS Ukraine”.

Anatoly Klimashevsky is a member of the program “DNA Leadership MTS” Moscow School of Management “Skolkovo”. He is fond of practical shooting, fishing and travelling.

Sviatoslav Horban, Marketing Director

Sviatoslav has three higher educations. In 2001 he graduated from the information and computer science department of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and in 2004 obtained higher education in the field of marketing in the same University. In 2008 in Berlin Sviatoslav acquired MBA degree at the Institute of International Relations (IBR) accredited by the Foundation for International Business Accreditation Administration (FIBAA). Sviatoslav joined MTS (at that time UMC) in 2001. Over the past 10 years he has built a career from a specialist to the Marketing Director.

IRYNA YEVETS, FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Iryna Yevets joined MTS in September 2011 when she took the post of a financial director of “MTS Ukraine”.

From 2009 till 2011 she held the position of a financial director of “Rosynka” (before 2010 Orangina Schweppes Group Ukraine). Later she was appointed as a Chairman of the Management Board.
From 2002 till 2008 Iryna held top positions in Ukrproduct Group. Iryna Yevets joined Ukrproduct Group in 2002 when she took a position of a financial director, in one year she led the company completely. Before starting her carrier at Ukrproduct Group, she was managed an accounting firm “AuditYurPoslugi” (Lviv, Ukraine).

In 1990 she graduated with honors from the Lviv University of Forest, held an engineer-economist. Ms Iryna Yevets is a Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP, International Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors). After graduation from Global Executive MBA (2004-2006) at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (the Netherlands, Rotterdam), Iryna received MBA diploma. She has practice of teaching, likes traveling.
