Corporate culture

MTS has a unique corporate culture. It allows us to better understand each other, build a team of the persons sharing the same views and attract to MTS a lot of talented and enthusiastic people with innovative thinking, the professionals in their respective fields.

These are our six main values: partnership, effectiveness, responsibility, courage, creativity and openness. We consider these values the most important for each member of our team.

Partnership – ability to work in a team, reliability, willingness to provide help and assistance.
Effectiveness– result orientation, achievement of the targets set.
Responsibility– readiness to bear responsibility for the results of own activities.
Courage – determination, preparedness to be the first to take a step ahead and change something.
Creativity – ability to find new nonstandard solution approaches, think outside the usual frames.
Openness – preparedness to communicate own thoughts and listen to the thoughts of others, honesty and attentive attitude to the colleagues, openness toward all things new.
