The code of ethics and business behaviour

«The code of ethics and business behaviour of MTS employees», further the Code, is internal policy of MTS company which purpose is definition of various aspects of mutual relations of MTS employees with the company, as with the employer, norms of intracorporate behaviour, and also the rule of interaction of employees with business partners and external audiences. The code is obligatory for execution by all employees of MTS regardless of post occupied.

The code guarantees to MTS employees:

Freedom from any discrimination. Employment, skill improvement, promotion, disciplinary actions etc., are carried out regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, age, residence, religion, political convictions, accessory or non-accessory to public associations, social and official position of the worker.
Protection against discrimination behaviour in relation to them, the scornful relation or other forms of oppression.
Safe working conditions.
Aspiration of the company to reduce influence of activity on environment.
Observance of all state norms in relations the employer-employee.
Fair and impartial decisions of all questions at issue company management.

At the same time the Code defines the following moments:

Categorical prohibition and censure children's and forced labour.
Prohibition on usage office position in personal interests.
Prohibition on any actions not corresponding local anticorruption laws, the law of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States (FCPA), and also to MTS internal policies.
Prohibition on the actions contradicting customs and tax laws.
Protection aspects of intellectual property of MTS and other legal owners.
Rules of business dialogue with colleagues and partners.
